Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi arrived at the Lok Sabha at 2 PM and delivered a speech for approximately 40 minutes. He began his speech with a reference to the story of the Chakravyuh, which led to an interruption by Speaker Om Birla and some ensuing commotion.

Following the disruption, Rahul addressed the budget, speaking on topics such as Agniveer, paper leaks, farmers, and the middle class. He accused the Modi government of betraying the middle class and imposing three controversial laws on farmers.

During his speech, when Rahul mentioned the names of Ambani and Adani, the Speaker reminded him that members not present in the house should not be named. Rahul then inquired if he could refer to them as A1 and A2.

Earlier in the Lok Sabha proceedings, the issue of the Delhi coaching center accident was raised. Members from the BJP, Congress, and SP questioned the Delhi government's negligence.

Rahul Gandhi criticized the Modi government on issues such as the budget, taxes, and the prevailing fear in the country. He said there is an atmosphere of fear affecting everyone, including BJP members, ministers, and farmers. He referenced the ancient story of Abhimanyu being trapped in the Chakravyuh to illustrate his point. Rahul stated that just as Abhimanyu was killed by six people in the Chakravyuh, a similar scenario is being created today, symbolized by the lotus-shaped emblem associated with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Rahul claimed that in the modern era, a new Chakravyuh exists, trapping the people of India, particularly the youth, farmers, small and medium businesses, mothers, and sisters. He equated this to the emblem that PM Modi proudly displays.
