How ‘Fly Prior’ Works

Available at Air India’s airport ticket counters and check-in desks, ‘Fly Prior’ is free for Gold and Platinum members of the Flying Returns loyalty program. Other travelers can also access the service for a nominal fee, making it an affordable option for those seeking flexibility:

• Rs 2,199 for flights between major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru
• Rs 1,499 for flights between other destinations within India

Once opted, passengers receive immediate confirmation of their rebooked flight. If they have checked luggage, it will be quickly transferred to the new flight, along with other purchased services such as excess baggage or priority handling. However, travelers are advised to reconfirm seat selection and any special meal requests for their updated booking.
